Initiate Request
Log into your account or contact support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Equipment
Carefully pack the cameras, cables, and accessories in their original box to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
